Weather radar (also known as Doppler weather radar) is an instrument that sends pulses of electromagnetic energy into the atmosphere to find precipitation, determine its motion and intensity, and identify the precipitation type such as rain, snow or hail.

We have manufactured X band and C band radars up to a range of 300 kms which are currently placed at different locations in India.

A wide range of Sheet Metal Components is used in Automotive Applications, Tractors, Earthmoving equipment, and Farm Equipment for their Engines, Transmissions, Axles, and Bodies. These are manufactured out of various grades of Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, and Brass, thicknesses range up to 10mm thickness with a tonnage capacity of 200 tone presses. The in-house tool room facility is our strength to design and fabricate the tooling for any type of sheet metal component. Deep draw components are our specialty and various types of metal forming. In-house facilities are available for different types of welding and fabrication.

TVRO means Television Recieve Only. It is mainly used for receiving television signals from satellites. Karthik Engineering manufactures 6.1 mt to 7.5 mt antennas for television cable operators such as Doordarshan and a few others. Later on, we supplied dishes for commercial cable operators.
